NAREE

Naree is a local brand that encourages self-confidence to their customers, they also promote Lao products and local materials, as well as supporting domestic workers to have more job opportunities.
In the design process, we start from a concept of “Every day is a Runway” which represents the confidence of all genders and ages, as if their daily life and every step they make are on the runway. This concept is perfectly suited for the brand itself as Naree had been hosting few fashion shows in the past and will continue to do more in the future. Furthermore, the brand owner’s intention is to welcome all groups of people to the store as well as using the space for various events and festivals.
For the layout plan, we have allocated a runway at the center of the store, leading to the staircase, which connects to the second floor where there will be a premium saleroom for Naree’s VIP customers. When the store opens on the normal day, this runway will be used as a product display platform. To further enhances overall atmosphere and creates a unique focal point, we have designed the ceiling in a bold geometric shape which inspired from a butterfly. We have chosen a butterfly because it conveys elegance and freedoms, we think that it aligns with the brand’s intention which is to give users confidence and be the best version of themselves when using Naree’s products.
